RPF Exam Prep App ("App", "हम", "हमारा") आपकी Privacy की परवाह करती है। यह Privacy Policy बताती है कि जब आप हमारा App use करते हैं तो हम कौनसी जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं, उसका उपयोग कैसे करते हैं, और आपके क्या अधिकार हैं।

App use करने से पहले यह Policy ध्यान से पढ़ें।

हम कौन हैं

RPF Exam Prep एक Android application है जो RPF (Railway Protection Force) ASI और SI पद के Rule 72 विभागीय परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए बनाई गई है।

App का उद्देश्य: MCQ Practice, Mock Test, Study Notes, Speed Test, और Discussion Forum के माध्यम से RPF परीक्षा की तैयारी में मदद करना।

यह App व्यक्तिगत (Individual) द्वारा बनाई और संचालित की गई है — कोई company नहीं है।

हम कौनसी जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं

2.1 — जो आप स्वयं देते हैं:

Forum Posts/Comments जब आप Forum में post करते हैं Discussion दिखाने के लिए

2.2 — Automatically एकत्र होने वाली जानकारी:

📱 Device पर क्या store होता है:
आपके SQLite local database में: Quiz results, Bookmarks, Progress, Forum posts (draft)। यह data केवल आपके phone पर है — हम इसे access नहीं कर सकते।

2.3 — हम क्या एकत्र नहीं करते:

  • 📵 Phone number
  • 📍 Location/GPS data
  • 📸 Camera/Photos access
  • 💳 Payment/Financial information
  • 👥 Contacts list
  • 🎙️ Microphone/Audio
  • 📁 Device files/Storage

जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं

हम एकत्र की गई जानकारी का उपयोग निम्नलिखित उद्देश्यों के लिए करते हैं:

  • App Personalization: आपके नाम से greet करना, progress track करना
  • Learning Analytics: कमज़ोर विषयों की पहचान (Weak Area Detector)
  • Leaderboard: All India Mock Test में ranking दिखाना
  • Push Notifications: Daily reminders, Live Test alerts
  • Forum: Discussion posts और comments दिखाना
  • App Improvement: Analytics से bugs fix करना, UX सुधारना
  • Content Sync: Firebase से latest questions/notes load करना
हम कभी नहीं करते:
✗ आपकी जानकारी बेचना
✗ Advertising के लिए use करना
✗ Profile बनाकर third parties को देना
✗ Marketing emails भेजना

जानकारी किसके साथ Share होती है

✅ Important: हम कोई Advertisement network, Data broker, या अन्य third party के साथ आपकी personal information share नहीं करते।

कानूनी requirement होने पर (court order आदि) हम जानकारी देने के लिए बाध्य हो सकते हैं।

Third-Party Services

हमारा App निम्नलिखित third-party services का उपयोग करता है। इनकी अपनी Privacy Policy है:

Note: Guest mode में (बिना login के) Google Sign-In की Privacy Policy लागू नहीं होती।

Data Security (सुरक्षा)

हम आपकी जानकारी सुरक्षित रखने के लिए निम्नलिखित उपाय करते हैं:

  • HTTPS/TLS Encryption: सभी Firebase communications encrypted हैं
  • Firebase Security Rules: Unauthorized access blocked है
  • Local Storage: Device का SQLite database — केवल आपका App access कर सकता है
  • Minimal Data: केवल जरूरी data एकत्र करते हैं
  • No Passwords: हम passwords store नहीं करते (Google OAuth use करते हैं)
⚠️ Important Note: Internet पर 100% security की guarantee नहीं दी जा सकती। अगर आपको security breach का संदेह हो तो तुरंत हमसे संपर्क करें।

Data Retention (कितने समय तक रखते हैं):

  • Account delete करने पर Firebase से data 30 दिनों में delete हो जाता है
  • App uninstall करने पर Local device data तुरंत delete हो जाता है
  • Forum posts — आपके account delete करने के बाद anonymized हो जाती हैं

बच्चों की Privacy

यह App 13 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों के लिए नहीं है।
RPF परीक्षा एक सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षा है जो वयस्कों के लिए है। हम जानबूझकर 13 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों की personal information एकत्र नहीं करते।

अगर हमें पता चले कि किसी 13 वर्ष से कम बच्चे का data हमारे पास है, तो हम उसे तुरंत delete करेंगे।

आपके अधिकार

आपके पास निम्नलिखित अधिकार हैं:

अपना data देखें		 App → Profile → Analytics में देख सकते हैं
जानकारी सुधारना
गलत data ठीक करें		 App → Profile → नाम edit करें
जानकारी delete करना App uninstall (local data) या हमसे email पर request करें
Account delete करना हमें email करें — 30 दिनों में delete होगा
Notifications बंद करना App → Settings → Notification off करें
Google Login हटाना App → Profile → Logout → Guest mode
Data Deletion Request: Email करें rpfpromotionexam@gmail.com पर। Subject: "Data Deletion Request" लिखें।

Notifications

हमारा App दो प्रकार की notifications भेजता है:

  • Local Notifications: आपके phone पर — Daily study reminders। आप Settings में on/off कर सकते हैं।
  • Push Notifications (FCM): Firebase से — Live Test alerts, New content updates। Phone Settings → Apps → RPF Exam Prep → Notifications से disable कर सकते हैं।
Permission: Notifications के लिए हम Android 13+ पर explicit permission मांगते हैं। आप कभी भी permission revoke कर सकते हैं।

Policy में बदलाव

हम इस Privacy Policy को update कर सकते हैं। बदलाव होने पर:

  • App में notification मिलेगी
  • इस page पर "Last Updated" date बदलेगी
  • महत्वपूर्ण बदलावों पर email (logged-in users को)

App use जारी रखने का मतलब नई Policy से सहमति है।

RPF Exam Prep is an Android application built for RPF (Railway Protection Force) ASI and SI officers preparing for the Rule 72 departmental promotion examination.

Purpose: To help RPF personnel prepare through MCQ Practice, Mock Tests, Study Notes, Speed Tests, and a Discussion Forum.

This App is independently developed and operated — not by a registered company.

Data Security

Data Retention: Local data deleted on uninstall. Firebase data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.

Children's Privacy

This App is NOT intended for children under 13 years of age. RPF is a government recruitment examination for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Notifications

  • Local Notifications: Daily study reminders — can be disabled in App Settings
  • Push Notifications (FCM): Live Test alerts, content updates — can be disabled in Phone Settings

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be notified via in-app notification and by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated policy.
